200 George Street: taking the gas out of a 39,000 m² CBD office tower

2.4 MW of gas boilers replaced with 1.06 MW of R290 heat pumps and thermal storage in an occupied Sydney CBD office tower. No gas, 5.5 star NABERS retained, 100% of Scope 1 emissions removed.
